"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for trusting in our services, and realizing that our purpose is always to provide the best possible service in each job."
"I am very sorry to hear that you’ve had an unpleasant experience with our company. We strive provide the best customer experience for our clients. I was surprised when you brought the claim that we damaged your floors since we had thoroughly covered and protected the floors like we do at every project. Even so, I took your concerns seriously and inspected the damage and offered, as a courtesy, to have our flooring company come and inspect the “damage” as well. What you fail to mention is that during the time we worked in your home you had boxes of furniture and accessories delivered. These were very heavy boxes that could very well have been pushed and dragged along the floor. How you can say without a doubt that damage was caused by my ladders is beyond me given the fact that the floor protection I put down was intact until the final day of the project. As for the certificate of insurance, you weren’t charged and additional $2000 to receive a copy; the $2000 was a portion of the final balance due from the original invoice. Which to this day has still not been paid in full. Who is not being honest now? I would’ve been happy to provide it but I wanted first the opportunity to have our flooring person come and touch up the floor as a courtesy which you refused. I did damage your light during installation and I informed you of that right away and ordered a replacement - which I now have in my possession. As for the crown molding, my project manager had a conversation with you thoroughly explaining the scope of work which did not include the crown molding. In the end, I went ahead and painted it at no charge to you. And you still claimed it hadn’t been painted because you couldn’t see the difference between the old white color and the new white color. It seems to me that you are trying to find excuses to keep from paying the final invoices. Sincerely, Raymond"
"I understand your disappointment and we are sorry that your experience was not the best. I'm sorry your warranty was expired, I still took the time to touch up for free after 3 months of the warranty having expired. Unfortunately, it is difficult to predict these incidents. Many times, wood is overtreated when it comes from the factory and certain pieces do not absorb the primer as they should. no matter how good a quality primer and paint is, it is difficult to predict how it will react in the future. I appreciate your review, this helps future clients understand that while the quality of the work is excellent the new primer and paint will sometimes react differently with the old materials."
