Pete, Dan and Jose were a pleasure to work with. My building is not only historically accurate in the materials used but it virtually matches photos and drawings from old house books I used as a reference. This wall was stripped of all siding and trim - all that was left was the framing wood. The final product included re-siding the front wall with cedar (shakes and clapboard, window trim, repairing columns and rebuilding a balcony and porch. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable.
