The existing stain was 9 years old and considerable repair of loose and cracked boards was needed especially on the south elevation. "Initially, I hired them to power wash and paint a small section of a rather large deck. However, when I saw how professional they were, and how well it was turning out, I added to my scope of work and had them do two decks and repair outside structures.
