Our cleaner was super efficient and thorough. Went above and beyond what was expected. Would love to have her again if the occasion arises.

Customer service is not good at all. At first, the manager seemed nice even though slow to respond. Then after making an appointment months in advance and confirming, she cancelled the night before because she didn't want to provide insurance proof, which is pretty standard. I would've been ok with a simple no but she was very rude, unprofessional, and came up with excuses to cancel after confirming several times, leaving me with no cleaning in the morning as needed. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate. I support small businesses but this was disappointing.

The housekeeper really did a nice job and she went above and beyond! The overall communication was quick too. Would definitely reach out again.
