McNally's Heating and CoolingProblem was fixed quickly and repairman did a full cleaning/servicing of the furnace as well.
I wasn't able to use it as my furnace won't accommodate the humidifier. The technicians looked at it for about an hour to see what they could do and were very apologetic that they couldn't do the service. They even offered me two other alternatives.
