We were impressed with Curtis' knowledge over the phone and felt confident CTEC could help improve our phone signal.
Brian, the installer, was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Our install was not easy and Brian worked very hard to give us the very best possible result. I had an antenna on the roof but needed to see about putting one in the attic. I wanted Chicago stations but 50 miles out. Yesterday they responded to my request for an estimate and came out today and ended up installing antenna and amplifier and disconnecting and removing the one from the roof. Quick and easy!

Brian was very professional and friendly. He was on time, very experienced for the job, mounting a large flat screen tv to our wall. We had some issues with our wall, (ex: studs 36" apart, etc). He was able to handle this without problems and worked swiftly to get the job done. VERY happy with this company!

The technician who installed the cabling and antenna was very professional, knowledgeable and he treated me as a close family member. The tech was a joy and really knows his craft and products. He paid excellent attention to the details . He offered me several well thought out options and recommendations. I appreciated that this business offers a military discount.
