He came as part of American Home Shield, a home warranty service we received with the purchase of our home. This was a service call to find out why our electrical kept failing. He gave us an estimate to fix some "problems" he said were causing the failure. The fixes he diagnosed turned out (after I got a reputable independent electrician over) to be fixes that didn't relate to our problem. He wanted to charge us $400 to add grounding to our electrical that would have only prevented a lightning strike and had nothing to do with my problem. He also offered a $1500 service to replace our electrical meter.The electrician I got out later said it would only cost $500. Politzki said we were drawing less than 50 amps on our 100 amp service. His diagnosis wasn't thorough I found out, once I got a new electrician in, as the new electrician showed me that the a/c was causing the amps to exceed 140 when compressor kicked in. He wasn't able to truly diagnose the problem and basically stated that AHS wouldn't cover the repairs unless the electrical failure and evidence of why it failed happened WHILE he was there.....I would be more likely to win the lottery than the chances of that happening. Also this company was supposed to report in his findings. It took 5 phone calls to AHS to get the company to call it in. After speaking back and forth to AHS I gave up!!!!!!!!!! AHS is a scam and either Politzski Electric is in on the scam or is not competent. Not a nice thing to do to a new home owner with a small child. STAY AWAY.

This was not an easy area o access in the middle of a large family room with a 20 foot ceiling. He quickly diagnosed the problem; got the unit working temporarily and then came back at a later time to replace the new heat resistance wiring.
