UCS (Ray) came out to look the same day as I contacted Angi and gave me an estimate. He came to do the work on the day as scheduled, was very professional and did a great job on washing 30 panes for a reasonable cost. I will have him again. He washed all outside windows and inside/outside on an all season porch. ****This project which he accomplished is not listed above and should be added to the list.

I did a lot of research in regards to reviews, price and response time. Prices overall were relative to the others I researched and Ray had good reviews but what ultimately put UCS above the rest was his response time both to my phone call and text through Home Advisor. The others didn t respond to my text, or returned my call the next day or not at all. This above everything else shows the level of commitment each business would have to customer relations and response time to resolving any issues. I was extremely impressed by the service provided by UCS and would refer Ray to any of my family, friends, or business colleagues and contacts.
