After understanding my needs they created a design suggestion and I loved it, they sent me the design and price quote and once I signed off on it they contacted me to schedule the installation. They kept in contact with me, sent me the installers name and my installers showed up on time, was done in 45 minutes, they completely cleaned up and were very professional, polite and easy to work with. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget.
