After understanding my needs they created a design suggestion and I loved it, they sent me the design and price quote and once I signed off on it they contacted me to schedule the installation. They kept in contact with me, sent me the installers name and my installers showed up on time, was done in 45 minutes, they completely cleaned up and were very professional, polite and easy to work with. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks.
