It only took two days to provide a quote and it was very reasonable. Joe was very knowledgeable about my village's regulations. Joe initially told me that he would be able to start my project in Jun due to other commitments. After I agreed to the price, Joe called and say that he had an opening for the next week due to a delay on another project. We agreed to proceed with the work. He managed my expectations well. He came on a Thursday to demo my old planks and railings. The team honored their commitment and returned the following Wednesday to start the build. The project was completed the next day!
