"From start to finish, everybody was terrific to work with. Tom Mayfield, the designer, took careful measurements and met with me several times to adjust his initial design. Each time, we discussed what I needed and how I would use the components of the closet. He worked with me to develop a design that would fit my budget.
Justin, the installer, was efficient, friendly and worked cleanly. He even came back for a second visit to make some small adjustments that would provide me better access to electrical outlets. 
And Kim and Pam from the front office were great: very customer-service oriented, very responsive to email and phone messages, friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
