They showed up and did the work. There were no troubles. I've known them going back a couple of years. They've done a project or two for me. It was a fine experience. He did what he said when he was going to do it and within the budget.

All went well and in a timely manner.

I thought about ripping out and tossing an old bathroom medicine cabinet and vanity. With his help and experience, I was able to save and repurpose both. He had that knowledge of woodworking and carpentry that enabled him to save those pieces. Despite changes along the course, he was very accomodating and has been great to work with! I have been very pleased with him. I have worked with him off and on for the last several months now. I will probably be using him again in the future for interior painting in my living room and dining room.

After I saw Susan Powell of Infocus Design for my redesign, she suggested colors for the rooms that she would be working in. I liked her choices and she recommended Paul Kapocius to do the painting. She set up a time for Paul to come over and give us an estimate. Paul looked over the rooms involved and noticed some minor cracks in the ceiling and walls. He said he could patch those easily before he painted. He would bring in a scaffold to reach the high ceiling in the foyer. While walking through the rooms and marking down the color selections for each wall, he noticed the kitchen lacked a proper backsplash. We were planning on having that tiled and Paul said if we got the tile and the grout he could do it for us. My husband mentioned the french doors in the media room that caught on the carpet all the time. Paul took a look and found they weren't hung properly which was something else he could rectify. Since Susan had already chosen the Benjamin Moore colors for each room, Paul said he could pick up those selections for us. He then broke down the cost of each room, painting, minor repairs and tiling and showed us his estimate. My husband and I were impressed with Paul's professionalism and we agreed to not only do the rooms in the redesign, but also the office and the kitchen backsplashes and repairs. Paul said he had a previous commitment for the next day, but he would be able to start the following day. Which he did right on time. He brought the equipment he needed to do each job including the paint selections we made. We had the tile and grout for the kitchen ready for his use. I wasn't home all the time to see exactly how the work was done, but I know he prepared each ceiling and wall before painting by repairing and cleaning. He paced himself well and finished the job in three days including cleaning up after so he left no mess behind. All painting, repairs and tiling were done to our satisfaction and for less than the original estimate.
