"I cannot say enough great things about Chris and the A Step Ahead Flooring team! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Chris kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire process seamless. Not only did they finish the project a full day ahead of schedule, but they went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. The floors look absolutely stunning—better than I could have imagined. It’s clear that Chris and his team take immense pride in their work, and it shows in the incredible results. One detail that really stood out was how thoughtful Chris was when it snowed during the project, he shoveled some of my driveway! This level of care and consideration is rare to find. If you’re looking for a flooring team that delivers top-notch quality, unparalleled professionalism, and a personal touch, look no further than A Step Ahead Flooring. I highly recommend them!"

"Honest and reasonable bid and suggestions for flooring choices."

"

We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them for any flooring needs.

"They were referred to me by multiple locals. Super happy with my floors! The workers were nice and professional. They didn't mind all the questions I had, as I had never had my floors refinished. My floors were in rough shape and now they look brand new! They even got out the decades old pet stains that I thought were permanent."

"The carpet was repaired the afternoon of my initial call. The repair was very professionally done by two experts at their craft I would recommend Expert Flooring Services for any carpet concerns."

"Project: Prep floor and install carpeting I am very pleased with MT Carpet Installers. The had good communication, came when promised, were very professional, friendly, respectful of my home, moved furniture carefully, worked quickly, and did a great job. I will recommend the company and use them again in the future."
