When he ran into a problem he made the correct decision that would be best in our interest. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a contractor for any home repair or remodel. I think his price is fair, not inexpensive but I was willing to pay what he asked because of knowing we could trust him to do a good job and not worry about our home while we were gone

- Giesel ContractorsThe most previous experience I had was extremely great. I am in the process of remodeling my basement, but I can only do so much at a time. I just recently had him come in and do a little bit of drywall, as well as paint the walls and do crown molding. The walls look beautiful, and it was done very quickly. He has done a few other jobs for me, the biggest one being my entire bathroom built. He is very friendly - a definite people person. The only downside is that he mostly takes jobs up in northern Illinois and closer to his business location. I, living in Dwight, have an unusual exception because of family out that way who has had his service for over 10 years now. So, if you live in the north, northwest, and west suburbs, I would highly recommend this contractor, hands down. The detail and hard work put into the work he does is nothing you would get from your everyday phone book contractor
- Dennis Beverly ConstructionCompany was called to check our leaking roof & he was prompt to respond to our call. Came same day to check what needed to be done. As soon as weather permitted being on roof, he arrived and replaced our leaking vent and caulked around the chimney. Also informed us that our gutters were full of dirt and were full of rain water, so I asked him to take care of that too which he did. He was very professional and I have made arrangements for him to come back to complete some other work in a few weeks

"I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction.
