He never let me take a summer job saying that" flipping burgers" will not teach me much. Twenty five years later, I realize how right he was. I learned a lot from how he handled his trade and conducted his business with determination, quality work and honesty. Today, my brother and I handle the operation of our company and do most of the work ourselves as our father still "watches over our shoulder" daily. I don't think he believes in retirement.
