This company installs a filter on your water pipes to eliminate contamination of dirt and chemicals. The filter leads to a water dispenser. They provide to companies only. I manage a small company that has used a bottled water dispenser for many years. We do not clean the dispenser as we should, so it probably contains contaminants. I asked Pure Water Technology for a free trial. The sales rep came out and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He had someone come out to install the filters. After a week, I told the sales rep that we probably would not use his system because some of our staff did not like the taste of the water. He spoke with his manager, who called and came out to our office and explained to me that just after installation, until a certain number of gallons were dispensed, the water might be slightly off due to the oxygenation level. She adjusted the oxygenation and extended the trial period & asked us to try it again. Over the next few days, the people who had not liked it decided that it tasted better & they preferred it. So I signed the contract. It has been only a month, but everyone is pleased.
