As a local contractor for almost 30 years, I have always operated under the policy of ensuring the highest quality of work through personal involvement in every one of my projects. All of our clients' projects receive our complete attention from start to finish, as we do not begin our next project until after we finish our current one. Furthermore, my formal training in many phases of the construction field has allowed me to raise the bar on each project. This extra training has helped me considerably in coordinating my subcontractors, who are among the best in their field. My extra knowledge and expertise has also allowed me to better understand and work with architects and local building inspectors. My 30 years of involvement and renovation in the local community has gone beyond construction, extending into various projects such as improving the local education system. I feel a well-structured community is as important to your home and neighborhood as the work we do within those homes. With that in mind, it is our goal to help make each one better. The bathroom is the major problem - although the workmen he hired to do the tile and really done wel - they installed the toilet wrong and we have sewer gas smell. he came over several times with a list of excuses how it can't be anything he did. but I have called four different plumbers now and they all say to re-set the toilet. I gave Mr Hanson until 5pm to reply to me when he could do this work - but he tells me his guarantee has expired and I would have to pay him.
This guy will bull-shxx and never raise a hamer - he has been the only one who worked on my house and I have never had this problem in the six years I lived here prior to this rehab. All Denis had to do is reset the toilet. Now I will look on angies list to find someone who can do the job.
My recommendation is to never call this guy ever!
