"Danny and his entire team were very professional throughout the process. We just bought a house and we decided to replace the carpet upstairs with hardwood before moving in. The previous owners would not let us in until closing, so Danny met us at the house immediately after we closed to give us a final estimate, and his crew came the next day to carry wood upstairs and acclimate it. They exceeded our expectations by finishing the entire project before moving day (we thought we would have to sleep downstairs at first!) and they even fixed our stair railing and replaced the top stair riser before we moved in. Everyone was polite to me and accommodating when I needed to let other pros into our attic. After installation, we were concerned about the color of some of the hickory boards, and I voiced my concerns to Danny. (Hickory is mostly a reddish or blonde color, but a few boards had gray mottling on it--probably a natural variation, but it looked like damage to the untrained eye). Danny was great and offered to have his guys carefully replace 6 boards at no additional cost, just so that we would be happy with the outcome. They did a great job and I can barely tell which boards have been replaced, even if I get down on the floor. Danny also had them restain the stair riser to better match the existing floor, even though I hadn't asked. All in all, we are very pleased and we love the floors."

"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help. I feel like he was so fair in his pricing and that he wasn't pushy to sell me things I didn't need. The other carpet companies I called would only do the job if I bought new carpet (which I didn't need) or had a high minimum job payment. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases.
