"[Member Name Removed] - I apologize if there was any confusion or possibly a lapse in communication with the scheduling of your installation. Typically, we schedule installs about a week prior and I see that yours was scheduled 10 days before. We do, however, call the day before to confirm the installation date and time (a 2 hour window for eta of our installation team) once more. I will look more into why you may have not received the first notification of your installation date. As far as the AM vs PM, we try our best to make this option available for our customers to choose but if it happens to be a situation in which we are notified on a short notice from the customer or their salesperson, we may have a slight difficulty accommodating that request. Dealing with Paul in the store was great. Would definitely use them again.
We used limber liquidators for flooring on our main floor. Wish we would of used Desitter.
We did get the carpet put in, and within less than a year, holes started to appear in the carpet, with tufts of yarn falling out. We called DeSitter to have them come look at what was happening, and it took, literally, months to get someone out to do the inspection.
When they did finally come, (after I spent hours calling them back and trying to get them to come out) they claimed that the damage was due to cleaning products in the carpet and refused to cover the damage. They offered to patch in a new piece for a fee, but we were so frustrated with them that we chose not to pay them more money to have them fix carpet that is falling apart.
