I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.

We are a central Illinois based small, family business, with 3 generations now working for the company. Though we will tackle just about anything, we do know our limitations and not will not accept a job we cannot perform to the highest standard- your's & ours.
