I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.

Carpenter, I can repair just about anything, My talents are vast. I'm a skilled Carpenter and Landscaper by trade. To be honest though, Truck Driver, a Cabinetmaker, and do it the right way., and even a school teacher. I just want to be the go to guy in the Lake Shelbyville area (mainly) unless you have a job that would make the drive a reasonable undertaking. I take my time, which is why I generalize myself into the category of General Handyman. I have made a living as a Welder
