Because my garage floor is uneven, I was concerned about how things would fit. They substituted a thicker weatherstrip seal than the door's original, at no extra cost. Because the new garage door opener had the same wiring and location as the old one, no additional charge here either. No worries about price gouging from this outfit! "

I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.
