The Door Doctor

Pat and Kevin did an excellent job repairing my 15 year old garage door. Weather seals were bad. The Door was not tracking right / binding / with numerous gaps Its tight as a drum now and works like new. Nice Job.

Pat was professional, friendly, and informative. It was easy to make an appointment with him, and he was flexible to fix our door problem on a weekend. His service was reasonably priced. He arrived when he said he would, and fixed the door. He talked me through some of the things I could do to maintain my doors, and even threw in slide locks on both doors for no extra fee.
I was happy with the service, and will use Pat again should any other garage door issues arise.

Pat initially came to the house in September to provide a quote.  We fully intended to have him complete the work right away, but as things usually go, we had to put off the install for a few months.  When we contacted him to finally schedule the work, he was able to schedule quickly.  The door was installed and the old one hauled away in a few hours.  Without a doubt, Pat did an excellent job.  He was professional and courteous throughout the process and we would gladly refer friends and family to him.  I just wish I had remembered to enter this review sooner!!!

I called and left a message. He returned my call within minutes, was at the house about 10 minutes later, and made the appropriate replacements (tortion springs) and adjustments. When we had an issue getting the door to go down a few minutes after he left, we called him. He came back, made an adjustment to the garage door opener, and it worked perfectly! He told us to feel free to call him back if there were any issues.

Went to put up garage door to go to work and feed gear broke for chain.  Door would not raise.  Manually raised door and lowered to be able to leave for work.  Called husband on way to work and he called the Door Doctor.  They came over and fixed the door while we were at work and door worked fine when I got home.  Don't remember price exactly, but was very fair for the work they done.

Fantastic...especially since I was leaving town the same day and was panicked that my garage door was hanging down, leaving my house prone. He was able to repair it quickly and inexpensively.
