"Thanks for your advice on how to run our company. We have been going just fine for over 25 years doing it our way. BUT I will & did take some of your advice ! It seems when people don't get their way, or have no patience they complain like little children. We have so many phone calls coming in we got to yours in the order it was received, & yes we have an answering service ( our employee ) so we don't have talk to complainers, telemarketers, tire kickers , and people that are not serious about service. We're glad you got another company to do the work, maybe next time we'll call you 1st and wait to call 10 people before you. Please state your name so we know its you .
