From finishing a room in the basement, redoing a bathroom, building a fence, and changing out an exsisting railing in the house, to a rustic piece of art. He was eager to tackle it all, and even helped us seek out old barn wood for project ideas we showed him off Pinterest. It's not just his work, and quality, ..which is amazing! .. I'm here to leave a review, because of his patience, care, communication, attention to detail, work ethic, cleanliness, and our overall experience with him and his team. We absolutely will wait and use them in the future.. and trust him with whatever idea we throw at him. We can't thank him enough for making our house,.. our perfect home."

"Nick identified what needed to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. Dan did a great job on the carpentry and repainting and also made some clever and cost saving recommendations that will avoid future weather related damage. Overall: an outstanding job done quickly, thoroughly and professionally....5 stars all the way. Notice on the 2 photos below: Dan suggested I go from spruce on the gable to vinyl siding that matched the rest of my house. This substitution looks great and saved me a bundle."

"Brandon is the first contractor we have hired who showed up (early) was meticoulas with his craftsmanship AND did a beautiful job. Building inspectors commented on our deck saying it was the most beautiful and structurally sound deck they have ever seen! I love my deck and will use Stoffel for all my carpentry and building needs."

"The craftsmanship is excellent. The time it took to finish the project exceeded expectations. The budget was also greatly exceeded. If possible, monitor and try to control the communications with the building inspector as they could inadvertantly steer you in the wrong direction. The primary reason for the negatives is that Roman had no experience with the product and the product creates many challenges for the carpenter/installer. Those negatives aside, the work outcome as I first stated is excellent. Roman is a stickler for measuring and doing things right all while learning the product on the job. The deck is beautiful."

"Job consisted of installing garage insulation/drywall, fixing tape (that connects drywall throughout entire garage), applying Sheetrock, sanding, & painting entire garage. Very impressed at professionalism and excellent detailed work done. Very happy/amazed with outcome. Such a large job that Carlson made look very simple with his efficiency/skills. Would definitely hire Carl W. Carlson again, as heâ s very detailed as well as resourceful. He not only did the detailed work perfectly, but ended up doing much more than what planned (taking ramp apart/out of garage, taking commercial tread out, transferring to POD, answering questions which had nothing to do with why hired him (I.e. door handle installation questions on storm door; he gave helpful answers that saved me much time). Bottom line: was relieved to se how perfect the garage walls looked after insulating, putting up drywall, fixing entire garage drywall taping, and building/straightening existing problems in wall itself. He ended up recommending/fixing more problems than realized garage had, Even lighting Is 100 times better than before. Definitely highly recommend! PS By the way, he volunteered to help family member take extremely rusted bolt license plate off (has every right tool you can think of). Also, he recommended the POD (which never thought of) for commercial treadmill, since wanted garage floor epoxied afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARL W. CARLSON for any Jakob.
