We showed him what we wanted down in the basement, talked about the electrical project then me and my husband when back up to living room. I contacted him 3 to 4 days to let him know that what decision regarding project he very upset about it, and I say I am requesting to refund the 500 dollars he says I have 2 kids. I have nothing to do with it. He said he was not able to return our money I told you scam. I say I used Angi before, but I didn't have a problem.
