"Excellent! They stayed in contact throughout the entire experience. They came in the first day and sanded entire home with virtually no dust throughout. They did a beautiful job of staining and clear coating my floors. We had some problems getting my first coat of clear to dry but they remained patient to ensure the job was finished correctly. "I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. They also gouged the dry wall in several spots on both ceilings while in"

"Hi my name is Marilynn and I called your company and spoke to Tony regarding a leak in my tub, He came out to my house he was right on time for the appointment. He then gave me an estimate to fix my leak and resurface my tub and my sink. He and Fabian did an amazing job on both. They are great guys and just wanted to make sure I was happy with the job.
