Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed. 
The cost was very reasonable. The work was done perfectly. I would use Thor Build again on any project. I will also recommend the company to anyone needing to have work done.
