"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "Mick and Jim showed up early and ready to work.  They were professional and worked cleanly.  The fans were installed in my 2 sons rooms.  We had them run a new line to each room and use remotes for the fans.

"There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed. 
The cost was very reasonable. The work was done perfectly. I would use Thor Build again on any project. I will also recommend the company to anyone needing to have work done.

"John and his team were fantastic. We were considering purchasing a home and found out it had a laundry list of city violations that would need to be corrected before we could move in. He and his team met with us on three separate occasions to walk through the property, look at the work that needed to be completed, and gave us several estimates for all the work. They were prompt, professional, and thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions and create detailed estimates with different options for us. Unfortunately, it was just going to be too much money to fix the house and we ended up backing out of the purchase contract, but we will definitely call Fogarty Home Improvement first for any future need.
