House inspection was very thorough and very professional several issues were detected that required seller to correct prior to closing.

We hired Mike for our home inspection. We didn’t go to the house for the inspection, but he spoke with us on the phone afterwards to discuss the bigger ticket items and answered any questions we had. He also sent the report to us within a couple hours of doing the inspection. We would definitely hire him again.

Michael is so thorough and explains things very well. He took his time and made sure he covered everything about the house, from crawlspace to top of roof, other structures such as the garage and let us know about potential (very tall) trees that may be dying and a very real concern due to how close to the house they were. He even noticed the oven light was out....every detail was looked at! To top it off, he is a super nice guy. I would use his services again without question.

A++ service. Mike performed an excellent job testing a house we are in the process of purchasing in addition to the Radon testing. We found him to be personable, straight forward, detailed, honest and informative. Each area of concern, Mike provided clear details for the rating given which included pictures with arrows pointing to the exact location. Overall process went smoothly. Would gladly hire again in the future and/or provide as a reference.

My wife and I were referred to Mike for the inspection on a home that we purchased. Needless to say, Mike was amazing. He arrived early to the inspection and was prepared to start walking us through the house when we got there. He took the time to walk us through all the possible issues with the house.
