"I have house that is rental unit on the 2nd floor that was built in 1896. It needed some plastering done to the kitchen ceiling and the living room ceiling in a few areas. It was plastered before, but needed retouching since it was missing something. I searched for a company who does exceptional work with the proof and years of experience. We prefer wet plaster over dry, so did checking and found ZMartin Plastering on Angi. The company had high ratings and the work looked great, so we scheduled Brian Zmuda to come out and look at what needs to be done. Brian came out me out promptly for an estimate and went over what the issues were with the ceiling in both areas and explained it thoroughly so I could understand and told me what materials as far as the paint, plaster, and more and how he was going to do it, and even showed me this insurance and then quoted me a fair price. I was happy and then scheduled him to come out in three weeks. Brian came out three weeks later on 05/23/23 after we were finishing stucco painting and he began to work. I could tell he knew about doing plaster work for an older house. He started with the two ceilings and did it in order and was clean using the right materials. He plastered it well leaving no mess and with wet plaster, and then once he finished he explained that the plaster dry's in less then a week and told me house spot primer first in the area before applying paint which where are doing for the whole apartment's unit. I was happy and knew he was skilled and explained what materials you are suppose to use and he also does stucco is great to know snice we have some stucco repair on our main house to do. I can highly recommend ZMarting for any paltering work and he seems very honest and did not take long so her reduce the price since it was simple job. We will be working with him in the future. His work is fantastic. Could not be any happier."

"I went to Angi to look for someone to put a small door up on an opening in the wall above my staircase in the living room. The closest I could get to what I needed done was drywall install. So that’s the listing I asked for with Angi. I got 2 companies. I requested quotes from both companies , but neither one responded with a quote. I received a text from someone about the job I needed done. I never got a name from the person that texted me or the company he worked for. In my haste to get the job set up I didn’t ask his name or what company he worked for. He asked me to send pictures of the job I wanted done and I did that and he quoted me a price of $ 220.00. I accepted. We texted back and forth ma couple times more for what day and time to do it. In all those texts I never got a name for him or the company he worked for. I saved the texts back and forth between us and when I did not have a receipt for the work done I used our texts to one another to reach out with another text about needing a receipt. Instead I got a call back from a quite rude person that when I answered she said what’s going on here. She did not identify herself to me or why she was calling me at first. She never did identify herself to me but I finally figured out that she was calling about the text I sent about needing a receipt. She was concerned that I wasn’t happy with the work done. I told her that was Okay, but I needed a receipt for the work done because I didn’t get one. She seemed pretty dismissive of me when she found out that’s all I needed. I told her that I had to have a receipt and that it had to have the Company name address and phone number on it, had to have what the job was that I hired them to do on it, how much they quoted as the price, what form I paid them with ( it was paid in cash), date the work was done, that the work was fully completed and that it was paid with cash and paid in full. She said she could do that and I thanked her for her time. She also told me that they were the company that did the work at my home, she read off my address to me. So I’ve been waiting for a receipt to show up in my mail and so far I have not received it. The company I believe that did this job for me is; LDM Tile and Remodeling LLC. "I initially called A&B to quote me the price for 2 rooms. We set up an appointment for a couple days later. After meeting with Abe, he was very detailed and pointed out the flaws in the wall. Abe also made great suggestions and we quickly added several rooms. Abe and team ended up painting our family room, upstairs and downstairs hallway, master bathroom, front door, and 2 smaller bedrooms. They also sealed an old air conditioner opening. The price was unmatched! The guys absolutely take pride in what they do, they move furniture and clean up once they are finished. I highly recommend A&B painting solutions!"

He explained the entire process thoroughly from start to finish; he communicated clearly to set expectations prior to repair. He arrived promptly to start the work and kept the work area clean. Drywall is an art and Mike surely possesses the finesse for a perfect repair. His patch installation was flawless; I hardly had to do any sanding / touch up once dried and prior to painting.
