"Anthony and Brandon were excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Anthony and Brandon repaired our chimney and installed a new damper and cap and beautiful new logs in under 2 hours! Both men were very friendly and answered all our questions. We couldn't be more excited about our new fireplace and cannot wait to show it off! "Dereck and his crew did an excellent job on our fireplace inspection, so we hired him for a repair of our chimney. He found a gas leak in our basement while he was cleaning the fireplace soot collector. They did everything they said for a reasonable price and showed us before and after photos to demonstrate their efficiency. We highly recommend them. It’s great when an organization is so reliable and competent!"

"I had Armando on my place, very professional guy. Did my chimney cleaning. It was never been cleaned since we bought the house. But the guy from GEM gave us an affordable deep cleaning. Very polite and professional. Always recommended for people in Minneapolis to get them for service."

I originally had Top Hat as one of a few in the area that I was going to reach out to, but never got around to it. I did have a chance to reach out when I had questions about my current work. Glad I did! Anthony was amazing. He took time to walk me through what I had done and made a stressful experience far more enjoyable. All this and it was not even his job.
