"I needed six new windows and a storm door replaced...and all were long overdue projects. I got three estimates. Tom from Capa was the third (and the quote was in the middle of the three), but I felt WAY better about dealing with him than anyone else. Tom did not try to upsell me into an expensive brand. One company insisted I have entirely new windows....no inserts. Tom did not agree. Tom told me that "we'll take care of you" and was as good as his word. The company is honest and works hard to please you. On installation day, three men arrived and installed all 6 windows and the storm door in one day. They took pride in their work and were extremely hard workers. I HIGHLY recommend Capa. They are good, honest people."

His level of high level of expertise was evident in both his scoping of the job and in his final product. When I asked for additional repair work, outside of the original scope, Jon was very flexible and was able to fit the other work in after completing the originally scoped work. "This company is not one I would use or recommend again. They replaced my roof 5 years ago. When I was getting quotes I wanted and asked for my entire roof replaced. The price was similar to other quotes I got and went with them. On my receipt it states very clearly complete roof replacement. Well 5 years later and I have leaking and apparently they only replaced the part of my roof where I have shingles. I have two windows that are flat with a black material on top. They went over the item list with me recently to prove they did not replace that, however my issue is I asked for my entire roof to be replaced. Since they were up there and working it would only make sense to do the entire thing. THey should have included that in the quote and I would have had it done. How am I suppose to know from an item list what is needed to replace what on my roof. That is an absolute ridiculous excuse and I would make sure you know exactly what you are getting with them. I missed out going with other companies would would have replaced 100% of my roof and not 95 % of it."
