"I cannot recommend Coach House highly enough, mainly because of our interaction with our sales rep, Dan. He was the most responsive, helpful, and all around nicest gentleman we worked with through our whole home remodeling process. We hit several snags along the process due to permits with the city and having to move power lines over to satisfy IPL. Dan handled everything from start to finish, and kept us informed each step of the way. "Kevin and Chris did a great job on our front porch project! They rebuilt the casing around the three posts and installed black steel railing which is sturdy and looks sharp! They were able to rebuild the posts to look like the idea picture we shared prior to starting the project. "James does a nice job, and he is a great guy. It does take a while to get the job done, be prepared for that and you should be very pleased with the outcome. Keep the lines of communication open, and James will do his best to please you. He was extremely skilled moving the 1930 cabinet and reinstalling it. Once we have finished painting it... no one will know that this wasn't its original location in our home. I'm thrilled with that. I was afraid that it would look out of place, but James made it look original. The new kitchen pantry was a little more work on my part. Clearly communicating what I wanted, was a little hard than I expected. It is done now and I couldn't be more pleased. James carpentry skills have made my home much more functional while looking great at the same time."
