The design Sergio did was excellent, even the neighbors are giving us complements. The workers were very efficient and did an excellent job. Took a little longer than expected but they did a beautiful job even with the pandemic going on. We would highly recommend them.

The project was and still is a nightmare. Carpenter did not follow the design, did not install any of the work correctly the first time. The company did not even offer a final inspection (they just sent us a bill for payment). We had to demand a final inspection which revealed poor quality by the Woodridge Project Manager. Well, this happened another 3 times... the carpenter fixed the problem, and Woodridge demanded payment. We then demanded an inspection that would reveal significant problems (We are not talking cosmetic, but safety failures!). They then brought in a second carpenter who ruined the install completely but claimed it was done... we again, demanded an inspection... finally an owner visit, who assured me in person, that if we gave him a little MORE TIME that it would get fixed... that was 4 weeks ago... they do not even return messages anymore. I will provide photographs and communication timelines for anyone who asks.

The project did end up drawing out longer than ideal, but it was an extremely busy construction summer because of COVID and the communication from the sales team, builder and customer service was top notch. In the end, we are very happy with the finished product.

You wonâ  t find another deck builder any better than this one....very professional....we knew what was going to happen every day, as an email was sent to us to let us know what to expect.. The builders were craftsmen...beautifully completed.

Woodridge came in and did a great job finishing our deck replacement after the initial contractor failed. Woodridge provided excellent project manager communication, worked per agreed schedule, and did excellent quality work. Workers were skilled, efficient, and courteous. We would recommend Woodridge to anyone looking to pay a fair price for quality work.

****Do not hire this company**** We contracted to have a deck and stairs built. We have had a very split experience. The labor is sub-contracted out and I can say that, once the jobbers finally arrived, the workmanship was quality. But, getting to the start of the job and trying to pay them is an absolute nightmare. I have never received an answer when I call the customer service line. In fact, I had to send a email with the subject: Are you still in business? No one is answering the phone / No one calls us back and it took 17 days to get a reply which was - oh sorry, I've been sick. Aaron Hoffman is a bait and switch character, the owner Eric Hoffman does not return calls and is 100% unreachable. Work crews showed up unannounced and I was not aware of what they would be working on that day. The start date was impossible to get, changed 5 times and in the end they showed up unannounced on a different date. They performed work that was not agreed upon, quoted us for work that was not performed and when we asked for an adjusted invoice - they just deleted the line item but did not change the total. BBB file submitted. This company is total chaos. Choose someone else.

We had a rough start, reflected in my original review that I'm updating now. 6 weeks after giving them a 33% deposit, we still hadn't gotten a start date or even a date for a date. After several escalations we finally got a start date. The demolition crew showed up promptly on that day, and were very capable and professional in the way they took down the old porch and poured the concrete piers for the new one. Then a couple of days later the materials were delivered -- good looking lumber, looked good enough to make furniture out of. Then a couple of days later the carpenters showed up and they did a really good job. The new porch looks beautiful. I would hire them again in spite of the rough start.

Woodridge Deck and Gazebo recently rebuilt my deck in Geneva. The whole process was fantastic from sales to project management to working with the construction crews. I have been getting compliments over and over on the deck. Special thanks to Chris Whisenant, Aaron Hoffman, Christina Briseno, David (Carpenter), and foundation crews. Definitely would recommend them anytime !

Woodridge did an AMAZING job with taking down our old gazebo and building a completely new, and much larger (12'X20)' Gazebo. Plus we had to add to our deck another walkway to extend where the gazebo needed to be placed per code for our village rules. They were easily accessible, professional, and never too busy to go through every detail step by step. We had a lot of issues to contend within regards to meeting criteria for the village and making sure this would be approved before we even started the project. Aaron, Diane, Eric and Christina were very patient in meeting the expectations of the village as well as what I wanted to build on my property. My gazebo is fantastic and I am extremely happy with the end result.

Woodridge did a great job for us in building our gazebo. They helped us decide on all of the details, such as the best location for the gazebo and which options would best suit our needs. Woodridge also helped us to navigate difficulties we encountered with local government in the process of obtaining the required approvals. The gazebo construction was done quickly and well. I am happy to recommend Woodridge Deck and Gazebo Co. based on the job they did for us.

I had a new deck put in last year. Professional quality work. I had an issue with my deck and it was fixed immediately. I came home from work and walked out on my new deck and had nothing but big smiles. I am very happy with Woodridge Deck. You do not have to search for anyone else- choose Woodridge Deck & Gazebo!!

They were extremely professional, delivered on everything they said they would do. Starting with Dave and my first meeting and quote. I loved the 3D drawings--they helped me decide what changes I wanted. Cristina was outstanding at keeping me aware of any changes or delays. The deck is beautiful and everything was cleaned up. I am very happy.

We had a front deck put on our house. From the original visit and drawings to the completed project we were happy. The workers were great and cleaned up at the end of each day. We have received many compliments on the project. We will definitely use this company again for future decking needs!

Excellent craftsmanship. They worked quickly once they started and cleaned up nicely when done. They were the highest quote I received but they Soent a lot of time with me on the design. The deck really stands out and isn't just an ordinary deck. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I was surprised when they showed up to start working because the operations manager was sending emails to the wrong address. It seems like that should have been a phone call. Otherwise the sales and office staff kept me very well informed.

Eric did a great job with us on our deck project. We put up a composite Deck with lighting package. Woodridge team was very thorough and had excellent craftsmanship on the deck build.

Great value- Oscar started early at 7:30 AM which contributed to longer days and a shorter overall project duration. They even worked on Saturday due to favorable weather conditions in December.
