Luckily, Fence & Deck Depot came to my rescue and provided top-notch service and materials. The Deck: The crew of two took one week to finish. One aspect that truly stood out was the level of craftsmanship displayed by the team. They paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every composite panel was perfectly straight. Even the parts of the deck that no one would typically see, like the lumber pillars underneath the deck, were painted to blend in. Before leaving the project, they hosed down the deck and removed any debris. The commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity sets them apart. "Single mother of 2 kids. Haven't had hot water or a way to cook food in a month due to gas leak. This was my 4th company. The first two didn't deal with gas lines, the 3rd rescheduled the first apt and then never showed up for the second or communicated. Same thing with this "BFAM". Apt was for 11am-3pm, NO SHOW & ZERO communication. I talked to him days ago and explained the whole situation and he said no problem. You kept the apt for what? Wasting ppl time when things are already hard. You could have cancelled it or not taken it at all. So unprofessional don't let him waste YOUR time."
