They presented a proposal with several alternative systems and a range of costs. Arranged a date for the install. Showed up promply as promised, worked efficiently and effectively to remove my old unit, install the new and add the necessary plumbing and venting modifications. Joey carefully,and fully explained the operation of the new unit and offered suggestions on using the unit most effectively. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a warm and quiet house. Polite, knowledgeable and professional - couldn't ask for more.

Service was prompt and courteous.
I like the fact that they're courteous/care enough about their customers homes to put shoe coverings on so as not to track dirt into the home.
The diagnostic charge of $99 did seem a little high to me, especially given the $185 of other work that was completed.

This company came highly recommend. They came on time. Cleaned and made sure my furnace was ready to winter. Found my drain hose was melting because of the placement of it. They fixed that at the price that I was quoted on the phone when I was making the appointment.

Replaced wiring and the heat pump defroster. Replaced the transformer on the heater. Performed the fall service. |Shane was efficient and knowledgable. I will continue using Garwoods in the future

It was fine. We had terribly hot weather and it was over 100 degrees and the guy worked all day to get it installed correctly. He fought it through to the end in spite of the heat and all the problems he ran into. They have serviced my equipment for years so I've had them for a long time. They are very reliable. The price should have probably run more. I am very satisfied with them. I will definitely continue to use them.

I spent about $450 for a 2 year contract. Everything was great. The workers that came out were great. They are keepers.
