He looked at the duct and the screen and attempted to reattach it but it couldn't be done properly because there was no part to hold on to the screen. He said it was too late because the ceiling was already done. I liked that he tried to fix it and didn't charge me because it wasn't able to be fixed. He did clean the furnace.
