"After living in our house for 20 years, we had seepage for the first time in one part of our basement. We called several waterproofing places that morning and ULB was by far the most responsive. The same day we called, Stoyan came out to see the leak, diagnose the cause, and propose a fix. Stoyan did an excellent job at explaining the problem and scheduling the repair. Within two days, Kyle came to fill the crack. His work was also excellent. Stoyan and Kyle both came to our house at the times promised and were very good at answering the questions we had. We were very impressed with ULB and highly recommend them."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

He explained the work to be done and other areas where work might be needed. He answered all of my questions in detail and worked efficiently and carefully. This company has provided outstanding service since my first contact with customer service, during the in-home inspection and for the quality of the work done. When everyone you have contact with in a company shows the same level of excellent service, you can be sure it is a company value.. I wish I could give Real Seal an A+ rating. An estimate from a well-advertised competitor was over $700 more."

"When I first put this project on Home Advisor, Tony from Accurate Concrete Raising call me within 15 minutes. He lived close by and came by on his way home came by a few hours later and gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable considering I knew very little of what the job entailed. I could not have the work done for for 4 weeks because of other things that needed to be done first before raising the concrete. I got my other thing done and then I contacted Tony about 11 o'clock in the morning and he was working on a project just a couple of block from my home. He said he could come by as soon as he finished the other job. He and his crew were there by 2 o'clock and completed the job in an hour and a half. I paid him immediately and he was happy and I was very happy. I was so satisfied that I gave my son his number so he could do some work for him.
