"After living in our house for 20 years, we had seepage for the first time in one part of our basement. We called several waterproofing places that morning and ULB was by far the most responsive. The same day we called, Stoyan came out to see the leak, diagnose the cause, and propose a fix. Stoyan did an excellent job at explaining the problem and scheduling the repair. Within two days, Kyle came to fill the crack. His work was also excellent. Stoyan and Kyle both came to our house at the times promised and were very good at answering the questions we had. We were very impressed with ULB and highly recommend them."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"Out of several companies I called to install a window well, Manny was the only one who understood what I wanted and gave me an upfront cost. I had 2 other window well drains previously installed by the prior owner of my home. Other companies wanted to talk me into things I did not need or want. They were prompt, completed the work with minimal issue and left the area relatively clean."

They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. He asked me if I had questions as he worked. Everyone in the crew where so considerate. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. Real Seal correctly diagnosed the problem, quoted a reasonable price, showed up to perform the work per agreed upon date and fixed it permanently.
