    The company representative, Kent Shannon, was forthright with us during the preliminary discussions/negotiations and throughout the replacement of our entire fascia, soffit, gutters, and one window. He knows his products well and explained them very well. We like to think about spending our hard earned money and he was willing to give us plenty of time to mull over our options with other products and contractors. The work was completed quickly but not rushed. Workers showed up reliably on time and were always willing to answer questions. And of most importance, the quality of the work was outstanding. I would definitely contract with HBSI and Kent Shannon again

    Great! The concrete work is so much better than the original work. J&J Construction did the work right and the quality was excellent. The people are hard workers and very nice. My husband mention in passing that we were having some issues with the front gutter, which the owner provided a suggestion to solve the issues. We liked it and he was able to do the additional work just prior to the pouring the concrete, since the drain pipe needed to go under the sidewalk that was being replaced. He is a problem solver. I would have no problems using the company to do other work. In fact he will be doing the driveway replacement for my mother

    The professional service of these guys was fantastic! Tyler the salesperson Was responsive and very informative from the start to to finish. Even though they were a few dollars higher than the other bids, I felt comfortable from the start that we were being treated fairly. The crew that did the roof were very professional and did excellent work. The thing I appreciated most was how well they communicated with us from the time they came to our home to the day they finished. Leon and his crew were always courteous and kind.     STAY AWAY from this company and in particular the Western Spokane Branch ran by a man named Dylan. They are extremely unprofessional they will show up late daily, won't paint all the spots, won't use proper safety equipment, and will absolutely miss a thousand spots on the trim. On top of all this they even painted my garage the wrong color and had to re do it all over literally doubling the amount of time needed from two days to four days
