A neighbor on our street had used Talon Brown put a new roof on her home. She was very happy with how it turned out and gave me his contact information. We have had a violent wind storm that had blown off shingles. We called Talon within one day. He was on her home, measuring inspecting and gave us a quote. He worked with our insurance company And they agreed with his findings that our entire roof need to be replaced. His crew were very efficient and effective. They worked from the time the sun came up until the sun went down, scraping off the old shingles and took up the tar paper and the wooden roof that lied at the base. Talon‘s crew replaced all the wood and paper and asphalt shingles in a very timely manner. Talon was very easy to work with as he made phone calls and updates about the materials and when they would be arriving and what we needed to do on our part. We have had no leaks and no shingles blowing off in the last two years since he had completed our roofing project.

Talon Brown was excellent with dealing with the insurance company. I can honestly say without his expertise the insurance company was not going to pay for a new roof.. All the work that they did was on schedule with no delays or surprises. I have no problem recommending Talon.

Talon Brown is a professional that cannot be compared. Not only does he know everything about roofing, he is kind and personable as well. He is very fair and will even walk you through the insurance process. All we had to do was give him our insurance name and he took care of the rest. I wouldn't hire anyone else for my roofing needs.

We were experiencing a leak in the roof, moisture was accumulating and heat was unknowingly escaping ,adding to our heating bill. The same day we contacted Mr. Brown , he was on our roof repairing the damaged section IN THE POURING RAIN, stopping the leak. Amazing customer service in our moment of need, easing my wife’s worried mind, as we have a newborn baby girl to protect. We contacted our insurance company and Mr Brown met the representative at our house the day of inspection. The adjuster commented on his professional repair. Our insurance company paid for our new roof, we ONLY paid the required deductible. Mr Brown and his company installed the new roof in one day. They rose to the occasion in our moment of need , ( pun intended) with amazing customer service and true professionalism. We highly recommend Lioness Roofing from start to finish.

Talon replaced our roof after a hail storm and with much diligence was able to get Allstate insurance to cover the cost after our first 2 attempts were denied. My experience was made easy with talon dealing with my insurance. Talon personally made sure the whole process was easy, clear, and held up to his reputation. From transparency about the roofing products used to the process of the work performed. Nothing was left out and I had no surprises. He didn't gas-light my concerns once they were paid, like other roofing companies I've dealt with. Talon even offered to take responsibility for a tiny dent in my gutter from his crew. He won't hide anything and that speaks well for his character. Talon made sure his crew was being diligent in their work. Which they were. Roofing companies can be pretty similar, however lioness stands out because of the transparent expectations, customer education, customer satisfaction, integrity and passion.

I have a pretty big roof and a big section of it was not installed properly which caused major leaks in my house. Talon was able to come out and identify quickly what was wrong with the roof, and offer me a very reasonable repair which I accepted. He was able to knock it out with his crew in less than one day and I have been leak free since. I would highly recommend Talon, because he knows what he?s doing. He is honest and he will work with you, and treat you with care and respect, and will not let you down! At least that?s what happened for me, and I am grateful.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Talon because he truly went above and beyond for us. When he came into the picture, our roof claim had been a complete mess for over a year. I had already gone through two contractors who gave up halfway and left things worse than before. Talon took the time to listen, meet with us, and really understand everything that had gone wrong. He guided us through every step, explained our rights, and made sure we knew what a fair repair should look like. He even shared books and articles just to help us feel informed and confident when dealing with the insurance company. None of that was required, but he cared enough to do it anyway. It took time, but now we have a beautiful roof and so much peace of mind. Talon is genuine, hardworking, and truly cares about helping people. I’ve already told everyone I know about him and would hire him again in a heart beat.

Talon and his workers, kicked some bum, bum with my roof. Talon was able to get my insurance company to pay for an entire to roof. He is quite the professional. I know he even forked out a few bucks of his own money to keep me happy. He?s a real good man. Him and his team replaced an entire roof of probably over 2000 sqr ft and replaced the wafer board on over half of it, in under a day and a half. As you may be able to tell, I am very pleased with what Talon and his men did for me, and for a great price. I would recommend him for any roof repairs or replacement.
