"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"Came up to Silverthorne for an overnight stay and discovered our electric hot water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I immediately went to Lowes and purchased a new hot water heater and was told it would be 3 days minimum to install. I went to HomeAdvisor on my smart phone and found Alpine Home Solutions and called from the store. I spoke with Richard (the owner) and he said he would pick up the heater at Lowes at 8am the next morning. He actually showed up at my place at 8am and hauled it up a flight of outside stairs and explained his installer(Neil) would be there at noon for the install. Neil showed up at 11:59 am and preceded to do a great job of installation in a very tight space. Neil explained to me on how to change the water temperature if needed and did an excellent job of protecting our floor coverings and he cleaned up everything very well. Richard came back right after the install to inspect and everything was A-OK. I can't say enough good things about Alpine Home Solutions, LLC and the way they do business. The were very prompt and performed the work in a VERY TIMELY manner. My wife and I are totally impressed with this company and the quality of their work. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE !!!"
