He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work.
