Jim from Allbuilt homes contacted me, made an appt to visit the house and offers to take on the repair along with the roof work. Not only was it done above and beyond, he noticed a couple other things that he repaired that we would have maeve seen. The repair on the roof was over 30ft high on a sloped hill. His team were on time, quick and even managed to color match the wood trim and under eve damage. This is our spring and summer home and it is refreshing knowing that there is finally a contractor who keeps his word and goes above and beyond when talking care of the customer. "While hauling the concrete to our backyard, a couple of the guys ran through our neighbor's yard with their machines. However, they quickly corrected that and didn't end up doing too much damage to our neighbor's lawn. They were very conscientious about their work, and only brought in a big crew when necessary. The new patio looks fabulous! By the suggestion of the foreman, we did a colored concrete to match the house and they did an acid stain on the existing pad to tie everything together. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! The whole process was very quick and at the right price, and the extra cost of colored concrete was well worth it! Would definitely recommend Rockhard!"
