"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

It starts with arrogant high pressure salesman who will tell you what he thinks you want to hear, but in reality he is not telling you the truth. When the work is NOT done by the time the salesman tells you it will be, the people in Spokane will not give a crap. They will not call you back and if you keep calling them, they will twist all the words around and somehow make it your fault. The paperwork is never-ending and either lost or reaches a point of cancelation so you will have to sign them again. I have signed the same paper 4 times now and told them never to come back to my house again. I am so disappointed in this company and hope to save someone else months of misery and frustration. I have been on the phone with everyone there from the schedulers to the general manager and got no satisfaction from them. It is a horrible company and I am so sorry I even contacted by them. Wish I had known what they were like before I proceeded. Beware!!!"
