Michael Lambert claims to be a holier than though Christian, yet he lies. He told me he had the proper inspections done on my roof. In fact he never had any inspections done at all. Now I have to take care of this. The quality of the work seems good but I will see what the inspector has to say. Don't buy his Christian stories as he charges for a permit that was never completed.

Honest and clearly explained everything. Gave me advice on how to do some minor repairs myself.

Communication was perfect

Michael was always late to work. He did not complete the work as he failed to replace rooted siding and trim, did not caulked and paint some areas and worst of all, instead of replacing rooted wood, he just filled it with caulking and painted over it. I had to call 2 contractors to inspect his work and they quoted between $400 and $500 to remediate Monterey Bay Roofing work.

Michael was very knowledgeable about his work. I would happily recommend him for other roof repair jobs.
