My new home’s furnace has been having the same problem for the last two winters, and I have had the builder’s subcontractor, and two other HVAC companies try and fail to resolve condensation issue that prevents the furnace from running. Top-shelf showed up and resolved the issue which turns out to be an installation flaw. Chris took his time explained the issue and the options to repair it."

"This guy is should be watched carefully. I had him replace a garbage disposal which he charged me way to much money for. He neglected to get the dishwasher drain pipe reconnected to the new disposal correctly, so it leaked. I had to call him back out to fix it. He tried to charge an additional 130 dollars. I told him he should reconsider charging me if he wanted to keep me as a customer. It was at that point he blew up. He started yelling and undid the work he had done. I had to kick him out of my house and off my property. I wasn't sure if he was going attack me physically or not. Beware, this guy should be avoided. I will be turning him in to the BBB as well."

"My dryer was not working because of a clogged dryer vent. I had a bunch of laundry to get done before guests arrived. I called and told him of my dilemma and read him my dryer codes. He explained what was going on. He was there that day and took out 2 gallons of Lint out of a 15' vent run. Woah. Lucky to have gotten this done. I had another service come out last year to clean my HVAC ducts. I thought I had them clean the dryer vent, but maybe I did not. Definitely will use Dryer on Fire to clean out my vents in the future."
