McDaniel Plumbing has been my plumbing contractor for many years. He replaced my 20-year-old garbage disposal this time. He has saved the day more than once. When I was hurt and needed a handheld shower so I could sit in a shower chair, he came to my house the day I got out of the hospital to make sure it was ready. He also quickly solved my rental’s very bad basement leakage problem before it did any more damage. Not only is he competent and a perfectionist, he also goes above and beyond by explaining things to me so that I can prevent future problems. For example, there is an old tree near my water main shutoff and he suggested I contact the water company to get water line Insurance coverage, that it was inexpensive and important in my case. I did that and now have peace of mind. As a widow, it’s so important to have these bits of information that I would never know. Chris arrived within an hour of me calling. Both He and his employee were completely friendly and professional. We had a deep clog that left both of our toilets in our business out of order and a bad wax ring that needed to be replaced. They left the bathrooms clean and completely cleared the clog issue.
