So as my wife pointed out I'm not as young as I used to be. So when we got a new dishwasher, she insisted we have a pro install it. Im sure this is because e of my age, nothing to do with the freezer incident. Despite the blow to my ego, I allowed it. I figured it would take forever to get it done. But Scott the guy she hired showed up right on time. It took him no time to get it installed and he even got rid of the old one for us. I really wish I could turn this into a I should have done it myself reviews. But Scott the installer was awesome, he showed up when he said he would [Actually a few min early] he had them swapped out in less than an hour, plus he was a genuinely nice guy. I honestly couldn't have done a better job if i tried. Let's face it, Had I done it myself It would have taken all day, the kitchen would have been a disaster, and the wife would be pissed. So, in the end Scott the installer kept me from being exiled to the couch for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend them.

The installer was a pro, they communicated well, did their best to accommodate schedule, was timely, installed the dishwasher quickly and was polite and respectful of the home. He even educated me quite a bit along the wa, making me a more informed and confident homeowner. I would definitely call again anytime I was working with appliances or any work that they are familiar with.

Scott is an A+ person across the board and has installed two dishwashers and an oven for us. His work is top-rate and he is prompt and communicative. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
